ROOFCOAT LM 702 is cold applied liquid waterproofing membrane, specially designed from a blend of special resin and rubber, reinforced with special water repelling fillers, minerals stabilizers and gelling agent.

Ideal for waterproofing of roof, terrace, garden area, balconies, non-tower area, podium area, swimming pool, water tank, bathroom, kitchen, basement, outer retaining wall, boundary & masonry wall, brickwork, column & beam, old and new structure.
